Five Secret Methods of Sales Persuasion
1. Always load your question so that you could manipulate your listener. Loaded question confuses your listener since he's not sure which part of the question he should respond to, and you can always turn either option against him. Especially if the main part and the loaded part contradict each other!
2. Listen attentively to what your listener says. You will use whatever you've heard from him/her earlier against him/her later or turn to your benefit by quoting his/her own support and wishes. Do not misquote! (Misquotes show that you do not really care about your listener).
3. Ride on negative responses like this: Of course! So, look, since my [stuff] has no faults like that, and, especially, it has a nice red-orange velvety color, you will buy it from me, right?
4. Ride on positive responses: Perfect! See, I told you so! (But be careful with "Some people just can't get it. Wish everybody was like you, Sir/Ma'm, more educated and knowledgeable ..." Your listener may suspect flattering lies.)
5. Always be in control of your sales talk. Do not scream and shout. Be confident, and manipulate the talk flow. Be in charge!
